Hi All
The wind slider is an excellent tool, especially with the (alt/click) 24 hour option.
The 24 hour setting seems to be the more useful of the 2 choices, so would it be possible to make this the default setting and have the longer range the selectable option.

Why?

On long races the 24hr slider is hardly used.
On short races is the opposite.
We have a mix of about 50/50 between long and short races.

Actually personally my usage is like Danny... I hardly use the full forecast - only when looking long ahead (obviously!) - but perhaps 80% of time is on 24hr - in any race... And i often use ExpeditionLT to look ahead in time rather than sol client

Have been thinking of reducing the time resolution even further, as the quantization affects the value of wx at other locations you see... ie when set to full forecast, you do not see wx values for NOW, but rather the time on the slider which is usually about 5 minutes out...

I have begun coding up some simple local storage, for things like options, so this could possibly be an option like the wx notify sound is now...
