MESSAGE FROM SRC

Due to a number of protests "ex officio" presently examined by SRC regarding non adherence to the SSR ( Sol Rules of Racing) the results of this race are pending SRC decisions.

Further information and race results officialization will be posted here

we are now able to confirm that the race has been redressed , and all the Series are correct .

Rankings accounting for discards for Ocean Championship after race 5 have been published , as well as the SUPERSOLER rankings accounting for discards after race 34 ( start of publication )

As already announced above , some ex officio protests have been raised by SRC during the race . As consequence of that and sufficient investigation , that was totally positively assisted by the skippers involved , SRC has decided to change the result of two boats , that unintentionally received excessive boatsitting during the race.

Consequently the race result will be redressed , and a further statement will be posted here when this is also complete.

Sinbad by Balloon 2025 - Carnarvon to Dondra


From here, our home in Bharatavarṣa is now north west of us – said Sinbad to his fellow balloonists. Perhaps we can ride the wind first further north, and then catch the winds that every year bring the rain, perhaps not. It’s 2600nm and we could be aloft awhile, so, Master el-Quarters, victuals only, no sandbags, provisioning the giant hamper. It will be not a picnic!
