Board » Technical Discussion » Windows 10 and qTVlm.

Hi.

Does anyone already installed qTVlm with Windows 10 OS?

Thank you.
Sail Fair.
I have :-) (on my laptop) and it works fine. Any questions?

Viva Bimmer.

Three questions for now:

1 Can you open virtual COM ports in W10?

2 - Do you have already set (with success) the brainaid NMEA data connection over TCP/IP?

3 - Do you have GPS interface on your routing program?

Thank you.
Sail Fair.
Yes to all 3 question, and Im using qtVlm :-)
Viva Bimmer.

Thank you for your reply.

Hi Bimmer,
could you possibly document the procedure for establishing contact between qtvlm and SOL via Brainaid (or with BWR), if that's the way to describe the issue:-)
Svein
Hi Svein.
I suggest you catch DIKKEHENK in the chat room when you see him active. He is the guru, when it comes to qtvlm and hooking it up to brainaid's proxy, and he is great to explain all the aspects.
He helped me 4 months ago and mine has worked flawlessly since then.
Good Luck ;-)

QtVlm dont need FPS gate nor NavMon to connect with SOL anymore!
