Board » Technical Discussion » SOLVED_No (2) digits behind the comma

Hi All

- I launch Qt with AGL14
- I export the Route.csv (COGs have 3 digits before the comma and 2 digits behind)
- I convert it with kroppyer's converter...

...my problem is :

- in SOL's DC Table : the COGs have no digit behind the comma...

...so...I manually edit every COG...which is almost tedious...

Do you know how I can get the 2 digits behind comma ?

You write
"(COGs have 3 digits before the comma and 2 digits behind)"

Use dot . as decimal seperator instead of ,

Hi "appelkrat"

I don't know the reason why...

...but...even with "dot" selected : the comma stays in New Qt's .csv...

New Test, in the evening :

finally...it works !!! ;-)

TWAs' & COGs' commas replaced by dots !!!

the conversion/kroppyer is very slow...but the COGs in SOL's DC Table are now the same as in Qt's .csv...

@ appelkrat :

Thanks a lot ;-)

the screencapture shows the set I had to do on kroppyer's page

one more test : the conversion is a lot faster than the previous one...

;-)
I was lucky because I use qtvlm wit english language. dot as decimal separator is then standard.

I never used kroppyer's converter but excel & macros to get dc's into brainaids or autogribloader. And there was the same problem with dots and comma's.

Great Bear Ice Race 2025

You can fly to Great Bear Lake Airport, but if the ice is good, instead hire a pick-up truck, load your disassembled DN into the cargo bed and drive, first following the McKenzie River north, and then straight across the lake to the start of our final Ice Boat series race of roughly 100nm in length. The Airport authorities have agreed to leave all lights on, so you should just about be able to see where you are going as you zing and rumble, PL-free over the ice!

Chile Islands RTI Sprint 2025

Across the Canal Puyuhuapi from Puerto Cines on the Chilean mainland lies the Parque Nacional Isla Magdelena, and further west across the Canal Moraleda from Magdelena lie the islands of the Chonos Archipelago. Returning for the first time since 2017 we find ourselves in vari-charted waters here, with the mapping between physical islands and their names not 1:1 but rather some:some. It’s only 26nm but you could get lost! Good luck.
