I use BWR as router and brainaid's website for downloads.
The <vo70_leg4.pol> does not work adequately.
    <vo70_leg4.txt> gives good routings.

From the same site I download the grib.
Reason:Kipper's AGL gribs do not work in BWR.

maybe academic content because I could be the only one who still uses BWR.
    Before BWR I used Sailplanner.
And that sorts me into the oldtimer solers I think.

Why are you using values greater than 180 in the longtitude in
    for example <wpt lat="-35.2464" lon="305.47"> in race #1550
and as contrast the more usual negative values in
    <wpt lat="-37.0972" lon="-12.3205"> in race #1558

After an intial mistake I made in changing the directory name in 'qtVlmLoc=...' all works.

Did not now your use of 'mklink /H' and 'mklink /J' in 'qtLinks_1.bat'
    Clever.

I learned something new for me.
    Thank you.

For example the url for the tasman double leg 2 you are calling is:
    https://sol.brainaid.de/notice/notice_1533.html

    It should be
    http://sol.brainaid.de/notice/notice_1533.html

    14:13
was too early :) other info links do work because they do not have 's' behind http.

RE: 14_3_1_update - there is no .zip file in the folder, only an .rar . Is it someplace else? Looking forward to using that BBQ feature!

    -----
Assuming you are on windows you can use the free tool '7-zip' to unpack .rar files.

    @pirate1449
<autogribloader.ini> you will only find after you have logged into your first race with agl.

I assume you are on a windows system.

"the system cannot find path specified" means an environment variable is not set or not set
    well.
On windows 10 you can find/edit environmentvariables by clicking on <start> and then type env and then choose <Edit the system environment variables>

You can check there wether <AG14InstallDir> is referring to the directory you have installed AGL.

If you see a difference you can edit the variable to the correct path.

Newport Bermuda Race 2022

The 635-mile biennial Newport Bermuda Race is one of the oldest regularly scheduled ocean races, and with the Fastnet Race and the Sydney to Hobart Race, it is one of the three great classic races of the yachting world. Founded in 1906, this the 52nd running of the Bermuda Race can also be participated in online.
Entries are invited for one of the four divisions:
Double-Handed Division:
Jeanneau Sun Fast 3300
St. David's Lighthouse Division:
First 44.7 Asymmetric
Gibbs Hill Lighthouse Division:
Reichel Pugh 64
Finisterre Division:
Delphia 47
Details for each yacht are available in the ‘Particulars’ links below and be sure to register your online choice on the Bermuda Race Online link – there are some fine prizes to be won.
As in real life, you can only sail one boat in one division, so choose your virtual yacht carefully, and because of the unusual (for SOL) 4-division nature of the event, please note results will not count towards ANY Sailonline Rankings.

Geraldton to Cape Town 2022
A race in the Southern Indian Ocean is always entertaining, especially in a Riptide 50. Traditionally the course would be West to East, to take advantage of the prevailing winds, but this time the SRC is challenging us to an E-W course, from Geraldton in Western Australia to Cape Town in South Africa. A brief 4800nm!
