Hi,
i'm new here, yesterday i started my first race "Eurocard Gotland Runt". Wenn i enter a direction manualy it works, but when i zoom in or out or when i try to set the course of the boat with the mouse, then sometimes the application hangs - the mouse cursor remains a cross and a few seconds later the whole computer freezes.
(Windows XP SP2 - no Firewall - Readeon 9000 - DirectX 9c)
I can only reboot by switching off.

Any help apreciated,

Hi Stefan,

Thanks for a great support post - this is a schoolbook example on how to write a support question =)

However, I cannot see anything wrong from the log. I know some ATI graphic cards have issues, but that usually show other symptoms. Updating graphics drivers could be an option even though I'm not sure if it would help.

i installed on another PC - there it works perfectly ! So i can't play on my laptop where i can not update the graphics driver.

thanks anyway for help. So maybe on Mar 5th i get a good start in the race :)

Camel or Balloon - Khartoum to N'Djamena


As there is a lull in the calendar, your PRO has decided to risk an experiment – a balloon race over land, using a workaround to eliminate the recognition of water/land transitions. If it fails, the server may crash, and we abandon PDQ, hopefully after leg 7 of the ABS race to Suez has been decided, and before the start of the 1st OCC of Q4. Camel or Balloon – c 1000 nm from a field on the north bank of the Blue Nile at Khartoum to a field on the north bank of the Chari River at N'Djamena!
